THE GAME .......... some thoughts that it provokes

Reactions to playing the game were interesting ... and my thoughts about this might spark even more! But first, here are some reactions I've had:

* One person didn't even want to play because they could see right away that I would win no matter what they did

* One person asked if they could put a mark that went across TWO squares for one of their turns (answer: no - you have to stay within the design parameters)

* One person enjoyed watching the game progress - and how I instantly put a mark on the grid as soon as they put one down - then there was the "Oooooh" look (reminds me of an idea coming to mind where I'd say "Eureka - I see it")

* One person wanted to know if they could go first (answer: no - you ahve to stay within the design parameters)

* But ....... it's not fair!

However ... everyone seemed to agree that it was true that I knew how the game would end before we started ... and agreed that they did have total freedom to put their mark on any open square they wanted ... and that I did not have to think at all before make my moves.
