How we view God & ourselves is important!
It may seem like a silly thing to say, but think carefully about it. If
I believe that God is mostly angry and makes many rules for me to follow,
I'll live my life within those bounds. Likewise, how can I love God and
love others as myself if I don't know who I really am? So, for me, it
was crucial to unlearn MANY things! I had many wrong understandings about
just who God was. And I seemed to have no idea about who I was myself.
So, during my early journey, as I read through the Bible, I made a point
to note verses that had answers in these two critical areas! This is my
collection to share, as my gift to you! Print a copy for yourself. Give
a copy as a gift to a friend. Burn the files on a CD and send copies to
others. I even included a template so that you could add more cards of
your own!

Why Cards?
I believe that "how" this information is presented is very important. It could be in the form of a small booklet, or a two column report that you print out and staple in the corner. But it's not. And it's for a reason that it's not!
I believe that this crucial information needs to be right at your finger tips ... or right in front of your eyes -- NOT in a folder or on a shelf. And I came up with a way to do just that... actually one way to do BOTH! Just print it on business cards! Then you have a flexible way to get that information in front of you, in your pocket or in your hands!
- Get two business card holders that hold four sets of business cards
in a layered look - so that you can see the top half of the first card
in the top three sets and the full card in the bottom. You can get this
clear plastic holder from Amazon.com for about $3.50 each ... just click

Four-Pocket Countertop Clear Plastic Business Card Holder- Then split up the 100 WHO AM I cards into four smaller packs and place them in the four pockets on one holder and do the same for the GOD IS... cards in another holder. Then place the two holders next to your computer or your phone or someplace where you will see them during the day... very handy instant reminders about who you are and who God is! Every morning, just take the top card in each pocket and put in in the back of that pocket to reveal four new cards for the new day (or shuffle them to find random cards).
- Also ... if you ever have a crisis during the day and need to
remind yourself about who you are or who God is, simply grab all
the cards and start reading them one after another - or flip though
them quickly to find the ones that will calm you right now (which
may be different each time ... or maybe you will see a pattern of
which cards are more important to you -- print an extra set of those!)
- Or, you can stick each card onto a business card size magnet and place
them on your refrigerator or any other metal surface. Alternate which
ones you have up every morning. Make patterns with the cards. Have fun

About The Files
What I did is create 21 pages that are preformatted to print on Avery
Clean Edge Business Cards pages. I prefer Linen Textured for Ink Jet -
item #8873 pack of 20 sheets with 10 cards per sheet (200 cards per pack).
What is nice about these cards pages is that the cards actually just break
apart - you do NOT rip them apart. So they end up looking like you had
them professionally printed! Really! Just click on the following link

For some reason, I found that I needed to add a little extra space at the top of the bottom two cards on the page, so instead of 6pt spacing before the top line on those two cards, I set it for 12pt spacing. If it was due to my specific printer, you may need to revert back to 6pt. This is easy to do with Microsoft Word. Just load the file, then click FORMAT in the menu bar and chose REVEAL FORMATTING from the drop down choice list. That should open up a narrow column on the right side of the document that displays the formatting codes set for each line on the page! Just put your cursor on the top line of the bottom card and notice that in the REVEAL FORMATTING column there is an entry under the PARAGRAPH group called SPACING. Just click on SPACING and a small box pops up with some formatting options. Change the one for BEFORE to set it back to 6pt. The REVEAL FORMATTING column also can be useful if you need to adjust any of the formatting codes so that the cards will print properly on your specific printer.
I also suggest that you print the first page on normal paper and then place it on top of a blank business card sheet to see if it looks like it is printing in a way that each card prints entirely inside the card and is not going to be chopped off at the edges.
Oh ... and to help you keep the cards from getting mixed together I set the WHO AM I cards to print in purple (a royal color) and the GOD IS cards to print in orange (like the sun). The fact that purple and orange are my two favorite colors has nothing to do with it :)
And one more thing ... I am also including a blank template that you can use to create your own personal cards ... ones that contain the verses that God speaks to you with!
